1) Delivery Date, Given above, may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including acts of god, etc.

2) We do not accept responsibility for any valuables which may be left with the Articles given for processing.

3) We cannot accept responsibility for articles not collected within 30 days from the date of delivery mentioned above.

4) In case of article lost or damaged beyond repair, our liability is limited to five time the processing charge , claims will not be entertained for loss damage due to Acts of God, accidents,theft , etc.

5) Should any dispute arise about the condition of the article at the time of receipt, the report from our factory will be final and binding.

6) All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of kolkata courts only. 

7) All efforts will be made to remove stains, however, removal cannot be guaranteed. 

8) A Minimum Charge of Rs. 117 will be charged if the customer refuses to give any article after booking a pick-up.

9) It is a condition priesdent no claims shall be evaluated if not lodged in writing within 24 hours from the time of delivery. 

10) All articles are accepted at customer's risk.
